How does the payment plan work?
Pay 50% at the time of booking and the remainder in monthly instalments. There are no administration or interest charges
Monthly payments are NOT automatically debited. You will receive a link by email in the days before the instalment is due. You can follow the link in that email to make the payment by card. This doesn't have to be the same card used at the time of booking.
Monthly payments commence on the 28th of the month after the original booking has been made, subject to a minimum of 30 days having elapsed between the booking date and the monthly payment date.
The instalment dates will be listed on the festival booking page.
If you would like to pay off the outstanding balance at any time, or would like a payment schedule please contact us at info@podpads.com or call us on 01454-218974
Why is there a damage deposit and how do I get it back?
There is a deposit per unit payable of £25.00 or 50.00 which will be added to your order when you make a booking. This is to cover any loss or damage incurred during the hire period.
We reserve the right to hold back a £10 key-cutting charge for lost or unreturned keys.
After the festival, you will receive an email from info@podpads.com confirming whether your deposit is refundable. You will need to respond to this email in order to receive your deposit back, so please ensure that we are added to you safe senders list so the email does not end up in your junk folder!
Can I stay next to my friends who are also booked with Podpads?
If you and your friends have booked exactly the same type of accommodation then we will do our best to locate you next to each other. Please go to your order confirmation and click "edit your order details". Then click the change/cancel button and then scroll down to the "Camping with Friends?" section and enter your friends order number in the box. Alternatively email us at info@podpads.com
What times can I arrive or depart?
Opening times for our Reception will be listed in the Arrivals info email sent out one week prior to the Festival. You will be given onsite contact numbers to call if you anticipate arriving outside these Opening Times or if your journey gets delayed. Your accommodation will be ready for you at the same times as Festival main campsite opens. However, your access to the Festival site may be limited by the rules and regulations of the Festival itself. This will vary from Festival to Festival. Our reception hours will fit in with the most popular times for arrival and departure. We will, however, leave a key drop-off point clearly accessible.

Does the price include festival tickets?
Podpads do not sell festival tickets so these must be purchased through the official festival ticket outlets.
The exception is Badminton Horse Trials where the price of the accommodation includes the appropriate number of adult passes.
Normally the festival ticket required is the weekend ticket with camping, however please check out the relevant festival information for details of the correct tickets required for each festival as it may be that a specific area pass must be bought.
The Podpad is our tried and tested signature product. It is a solid plywood structure, providing snug and secure accommodation to thousands of guests each year.

Can my friends who are camping stay next to us?
No. The ‘podpads’ area is a no-go nylon zone. Quite simply, you and your neighbours are paying for the exclusivity and services that come with the area If we were to allow others in, this would lead to a reduction in one’s ‘personal space’ and an overloading on the facilities and services

The Bellepad is a stripey canvas bell tent, supplied with heavy duty groundsheet and carpet.

Therefore, if you require a constant, reliable, guaranteed power source then please contact the festival organisers and they will advise on whether or not this is possible.
