Payment for bookings can be made either in full at the time of booking, or in accordance with our Payment Plan.
Guests pay 50% at the time of booking and then the rest in monthly payments. There are no administration or interest charges
Monthly payments commence at the end of the month after the original booking has been made, subject to a minimum of 30 days having elapsed between the booking date and the monthly payment date. This will usually be on the 28th of the month.
There is no payment due in the month of the festival nor the month before the festival.
Monthly payments will automatically be debited to the card used to make the previous payment.
Guests will receive an email confirmation each time a payment becomes due and after the payment has been made
If the payment fails, for any reason, than an email will be sent with a link to the guest's account, so that the guest can make the payment manually
Please be aware that booking our accommodation units through www.podpads,com does not include your festival tickets. All guests staying with Podpads must have a festival ticket and relevant camping passes, purchasable from festival websites or official ticket outlets.
Please note: At some events Podpads' accommodation units are sold as a package which includes festival tickets. Please check individual festival pages for more info.
Podpads are situated in two sites at Glastonbury festival: Sticklinch and Hospitality.
Worthy View is bookable with a standard ticket and must be purchased through the Glastonbury Festival Website. Accommodation in Sticklinch will be supplied as stated here
Hospitality. All guests wishing to book and stay in with Podpads in the Hospitality campsite must be in possession of a Hospitality ticket. Standard Festival tickets will not gain access into the Hospitality campsite.
Accommodation will be available in line with the festivals' main campsites opening times. However, we will always ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on the Monday as we invariably need to start working in order to clear site by end of the day.
Cancellations made within 7 days of ordering: Full refund will apply less the deposit, provided the order was made more than 7 days before the campsite opens.
Cancellations made within 7 days of campsite opening: No refund applicable
Cancellations made after 7 days of the time of booking, and before 7 days before the campsite opening: 50% refund will apply.
Please be aware that in the instance of the event or festival being cancelled through no fault of our own (e.g. wend less the deposit.ather, flood, pandemic, terrorism, earthquake, volcano, strikes, civil disobedience or other such cause) we reserve the right to implement the above cancellation terms.
To cancel your order please follow the update your order details link provided in your order confirmation email.
Once you have cancelled your order online, we will contact you to confirm your refund.
If you have made your booking though a third party such as Festicket or Ticketline then the above cancellation terms will not apply. Please check the third party terms and conditions.
Podpads cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property on site.
The descriptions and photos of the accommodation are as set out in our website and brochures. Description and photos are for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the accommodation supplied. We reserve the right to provide you with alternate furnishings or accommodation as necessary
