Crew Coordinator

£25,000 pro-rata for 6 months, March - September 2018, with potential to become year round. 

We are looking for a crew coordinator to join our friendly team in our busy office in Tormarton, GL9 1JD.

You will be responsible for coordinating the movements of a crew of around 100 people, sending them to festivals across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for:

  • Allocating the crew to around 40 festivals across the UK and Europe.
  • Offering the work to the crew members, making sure we have enough crew for each festival.
  • Communicating the travel plans to each crew member, making sure they know when and where they need to be. 
  • Arranging the travel plans for each festival: dates, times, locations etc.
  • Booking hire vehicles required to transport crew to festivals.
  • Ensuring we have enough crew at each festival, in the right place, on time. 
  • Recruiting new crew members in the spring, prior to the start of our summer festival season.

Typical qualifications and experience:

  • Must be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Suitable / similar work experience is preferable.
