Hideout Arrival Details

We hope you have a pleasant and safe trip to Hideout. Here is a map, you will find the Podpads at the Camping spot

Check-in into festival camp is possible FROM 29.06.2013 TO 03.07.2013

Using public transportation: From the central bus station in Novalja where the Collegium and Hideout Festival Info Point will be located transfer to Festival Camp site will be organized.

Using your own transportation: Festival camp is located 10 km from Novalja (towards Pag Town). At the sign »Camp Sv. Duh« you turn left – the camp is situated next to the sea.

GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION:
• 24H reception
• Lockers for personal belongings
• Special wristbands for camp
• Chargers available (adapters needed)
• Parking in the camp site is not allowed, but there is a non-secured parking area outside the camp site
• Tap water available
• BE AWARE OF: HIGH TEMPERATURES / bring sun creme, hat,…
• Beautiful location next to the sea

Your campsite fees are included in the price that you have paid for your Bellepad (for the maximum number of people in the tent) so you will not have to pay any extra at the campsite reception.

When you arrive at the campsite make your way to the Boutique camping area where you will find the PODPADS Reception and our friendly onsite team ready to greet you. 

If you know you are going to be arriving after 11:00pm on Thursday/Friday or on Saturday it is a good idea to ring ahead once the festival has started to:

FESTIVAL SHUTTLE BUS will run from the campsite to Zrce Beach where Hideout Festival is based 
• You need to purchase a wristband which gives you unlimited access on any of the routes, so if you have friends staying in another town you’ll be able to visit them for no extra cost
• Festival shuttle runs from 1pm on the 29th June until 8pm on the 7th July
• Use your wristband to take you to your final departure from Novalja Bus Station whichever day you leave
(please note the shuttle stops running on 7th July)
• It will not be possible to enter the bus without the wristband. There will be no possibility to buy only one way ticket or one day wristband. 
Beware, there will be no possibility to buy wristbands on the bus, but they will be able to purchase from the Festival Shuttle counter at the central bus station in Novalja
• If you have already purchased a festival shuttle pass, you can collect your wristband at the »Festival Shuttle« counter at the central bus 
station in Novalja and on all check in-s, (Central Bus Station in Novalja, Festival camp, Mandre, Pag)
WE RECOMMEND:
To avoid queuing on arrival, you can purchase the Festival Shuttle Wristband in advance from http://www.novalja.collegium.eu/en/extras.

SOME HELPFUL TIPS:
• CLIMATE, TEMPERATURE…AND SUITABLE CLOTHES:
- …the average air temperature this time of the year is 25-33°C, and the average sea temperature around 20- 23°C.
We still recommend that you bring along some warmer clothes (you never know).
- …please do not forget to bring sun lotion, sun glasses, sun hats,…
• CURRENCY: KUNA (approximate rates: 1 £ = 8,81 HRK; 1 EURO = 7,35 HRK, 1 USD = 5.94 HRK,…)
There are Currency exchange offices, banks and ATM machines…. All venues, discotheques,restaurants… will accept Kunas only.
• MEDICAL SERVICES: All the cost of medical expenses must be paid immediately. In case of emergency dial 112.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers the medical assistance abroad.
• VALUABLES: we do recommend that you do not take any valuables with you unless necessary.
• TIME ZONE: Time zone of Croatia is GMT + 1
• LANGUAGE: The official language is Croatian, but most people speak (decent) English.
• SAFETY: Croatia is a relatively safe country, but we still recommend that you look after your personal belongings and your luggage - we would recommend using the lockers at the Campsite reception for any valuables.
