We hope you have a pleasant and safe trip to Let's Rock Bristol. For a wealth of festival-relevant info and the all important travel information, opening times and weather forecast visit the Let's Rock Bristol website.
The podpads will be in a dedicated area of the campsite. The stewards on the gate should be able to direct you to the podpads reception which is a large colourful tent so should be easy to spot. Please be sure to bring a copy of your confirmation email with you.
The Podpads will be ready for when the festival opens at 2pm on the Friday and we ask guests to leave by 10am Monday. The festival rules state that guests are not allowed to check into the campsite after 10pm on the Friday or Saturday night. The reception will be open morning and late afternoon for free tea and coffee and phone charging.
Your onsite contact and reception manager is Annie on 07519 861736. In order to make sure someone is there to meet you when you arrive please advise us of your arrival time by replying to info@podpads.com or once the festival has started to Annie.
We look forward to meeting you, and hope you enjoy Let's Rock Bristol! The Headliners certainly look brilliant this year.

“We didn't want to waste time with setting up a tent and having to take it back down again!”
“We had an amazing weekend. Getting into the guest area was a great benefit which added to our overall experience. Cheers!”
“My daughter stayed in a Podpad at the Isle of Wight, and as a seasoned festival goer, said she wouldn't ever camp again. I thought that was a good recommendation and thought we'd give it a try. Now, we feel the same!”
“The Luxpad is great, I'm 6ft 3", I could stand up in the middle - It's a tardis !!”
“New to camping so opted for glamping for convenience.”
“What a fantastic way to experience a festival. Can only describe it as a hotel room minus an en suite. Really felt like a home from home. Staff treated everybody as their personal guests!”
