We have developed the famous Luxpad for your holiday cottage. The basic version of the Luxpad has been a feature at festivals right across Europe for almost a decade and loved by the many thousands of people who have stayed in them. It is unique and has now been lovingly crafted by our team of craftsmen for the holiday cottage market.

It is an amazingly flexible and desirable extra bedroom for a holiday rental cottage that will increase rental income, but can also be put to other uses, for instance:

A Home Office that can stay with you if you move. It can also move around the garden if so desired, or be dismantled and stored if required

That extra room’ when guests come to stay, or for growing children when they want ‘space’ form the parents

The Luxpad is 10’ long x 8’ wide x 7’ high and is available in two versions. Either as a fully insulated ‘4 season’ unit, or without insulation, but built to exactly the same specification. Both units can be assembled by three adults in less than an hour.

They are both assembled without the need for any tools, they are put together by wood sliding into wood (using our unique tab and slot system), apart from just two bolts and finger-tight wing nuts to secure the roof and complete the build.

The Luxpad is solid and designed with security in mind. It is no easier to break into than the average house. Talking of houses, if you decide to move, you can easily take the Luxpad with you. It arrives flat packed and is initially assembled by our team. The Luxpad can be broken down again and transported flat packed, try doing that with a conventional Garden Room!

We went through a long process of careful planning and design, to craft the Luxpad into the perfect product for the holiday home. The fully insulated option has insulation on the ceiling, floor, walls and door. It also includes double glazed, opening aluminium framed windows. Both options include electricity, lighting and heating if desired. Many other accessories are available and are listed below.

The ‘cottage’ non ‘mass produced’ feel of the Luxpad is further enhanced by it being able to be painted in almost any colour (we are happy to recommend the best paints to use). We can either paint it for you in one of our standard colour schemes, or we can send it to you treated with undercoat, but unpainted. So the limit of one’s imagination is the only hurdle to having the perfect Luxpad colour scheme, allowing it to blend in with its surroundings.

The Luxpad sits apart from any other product for the holiday rental cottage.

Consider this – it is well known that an extra bedroom can increase rental income by approximately £5000 per annum for a holiday rental property.

Add to this the aesthetically pleasing, traditional ‘cottage’ appeal of a Luxpad that blends in with its surroundings, enhancing the appeal of your rental cottage. ‘Scandinavian’ style garden rooms just cannot match this – and they are permanent.

Another very important factor is that the Luxpad is classified as a temporary structure – much like a tent because it can be put up and taken down again.

Ask growing children if they would prefer to be inside the house with Mum and Dad, or out in a Luxpad, our survey was certainly conclusive. Or young adults who may want privacy, or indeed older adults who may want privacy! What if friends want to visit for a few days during the rental period, the room is now there to accommodate them AND they can have their own space.

The Luxpad therefore should pay for itself in approximately one year, making it a very sound investment for a holiday cottage owner.

Both versions of the Luxpad are available in two different types of wood, Birch or TRICOYA, the latter of which has the benefit of a 100 year guarantee.
